1. Information we collect
RecoverActive does not ask you to sign up, and we do not collect your name, email address, health details or anything else you enter in the app. The information described below is created and kept on your device, and we have no access to it.
2. Information stored on your device
To personalize your plan, the app saves the following in its private storage on your device:

This information may be included in your own iCloud or computer backup under Apple's terms.
3. Health information
Check-ins, pain levels, conditions and weight are sensitive. RecoverActive does not read from or write to Apple Health and does not send this information to us or to anyone else. It is used only on your device to adapt your plan.
4. Camera
The camera is used only when you tap Take photo to set a profile photo. The image is resized and saved inside the app on your device, protected by iOS Data Protection, and is never uploaded. You can turn camera access off at any time in iOS Settings.
5. Photo library
When you tap Choose from library, the iOS photo picker gives the app only the single image you select. The app cannot browse your library. The chosen image is copied into the app's private storage and is never uploaded.
6. Reminders
Workout, stretching, hydration and medication reminders are scheduled by iOS on your device from the choices you make in the app. Setting a reminder does not send any information to us. You can switch reminders off in the app or in iOS Settings.
7. Children
RecoverActive is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Your choices and deletion
- Change or remove your profile photo in Settings → Profile.
- Erase all app data with Settings → Clear Data.
- Deleting the app removes all of its data from your device.
9. Not medical advice
RecoverActive provides general wellness guidance. It is not a medical device and does not replace advice from a qualified professional.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
